It really depends. I live in a haunted house; however the ghosts are very happy ones and the place feels great. I've walked into places that would have been perfect to live in, except that they felt forboding and like I needed to get out NOW. It really depends what type of ghost and how the place felt.
Writer's Block: A five-star location
Apr. 11th, 2011 07:39 amPt. Defiance park-- 702 acres of Forest, gardens, beaches, zoo, etc., all within the city limits. Although, I've got to say that the downtown/museum district is looking pretty good these days, too. Both of them have great views of Puget Sound and Mount Rainier. You actually have to work to make someplace ugly in this town.

Mar. 30th, 2011 07:32 pmSo, project number 1 is cut, and completely planned out. Friday I'll see how much sewing/embroidery I can get done. With any luck, the supplies for project number 2 will be here by Monday. I'll have to haul water upstairs to work on the fabric painting, but that's doable.

10. If you had to change your name, what would you change it to?
I have finally come to terms with my name and rather like it. Growing up with the same name as my mother and grandmother was a bit of a pain (especially when we lived in the same house), but it's my name as much as theirs, and since my grandmother passed away, and my mother goes by our middle name, Joy, things are a bit easier. I still didn't name either of my daughters Carmen.
Edited to add that part that

Mar. 11th, 2011 10:17 pmWhen I asked the (shall remain unnamed) actress why she was only wearing part of her costume with a plain black skirt and she replied "Because this looks better and the other stuff didn't go with it", I didn't beat her senseless with a hairbrush. I merely told her that I had reasons for wanting her costume to match the other two characters and to make sure that she has it on properly for tomorrow's show. I did say it with enough teeth showing that she turned a lovely shade of white, and then repeated her words for the director.
I hate amateurs.

Ave Maria (Gonoud/Bach)
Longer (Dan Fogleburg)
Mari's Wedding (Trad.)
And, the one I refused to play: You're Having My Baby. That just pegs out the tacky meter.
