Weeding is bad for your health.

I took another bad fall while I was trying to pull a bunch of bindweed out of one of the front flower beds today.  Managed to bang my knee up, wrenched the bad shoulder, and jarred my whole body.  Everything hurts.  Guess that's what I get for weeding.

I was so sorry to hear that yesterday in your FB post. Falls are so nasty. I've had a few myself (although I seem to "roll" well enough I don't get anything but minor bruising.) I've been through "fall prevention PT" twice but it's only been marginally helpful. I still lose my balance quite easily. Grendal holds my hand when we go walking. While it's nice to hold my sweetie's hand, it really does help to keep me from falling. Without him, I'd need a walker, and I'm not 100% sure it would prevent all the falls, since sometimes I almost go over backward. I know a cane would be useless for me.

I hope you heal up quickly and can avoid future falls!
