The better you feel, the more you feel like doing! getting organized and exercising and eating healthy are all going to make you feel so much better, and in turn it creates more productivity. You are doing so great!
And, don't be afraid to scale it back a little-- baby steps are okay to take to build up a new routine! Be nice to yourself!
