Help me, LJ hive mind, you're my only hope!

I need some way of stuffing a pair of knee-length mens breeches, or more correctly the lining of said breeches, so I can drape the interlining and outer layer fabric on them and get them stitched together. Ideally, the elves would bring me a professional pants fitting dummy in the right size, but having neither the time nor the money for that, I'm trying to figure out alternatives. Any ideas?

Edit: To clarify, I'm looking for something to substitute for a fitting dummy.

Still life with Canada Mints

I have a new scented candle that smells like apples, spices, fir trees and snow, pink Canada Mints, and I'm wearing my pink fluffy robe and slippers.   Life is good.

So much for relaxing

So, the cat just jumped up on my desk, knocked over and spilled my glass of water all over my desk, me, the floor.  Luckily none of the papers that were soaked were anything important and I really think that this computer is waterproof.  I do have a puddle of water in the top of my new candle, though.
